These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, platforms, hardware, and related services provided by Bites.com, Inc. (“Bites.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for an account, creating a workspace, using our Services, or clicking “I agree”, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
“Services” means all products and services provided by Bites.com, including but not limited to:
Certain Services or modules may have Service-Specific Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, Service-Specific Terms apply.
To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Workspaces are controlled by the Customer, who manages roles, access, and permissions.
Customer retains ownership of all data stored in the Services. Bites.com processes Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Services, or as required by law.
AI features may include summarization, extraction, recommendations, analytics, and more. AI Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use.
You agree not to use the Services in a way that:
The Services may integrate with third-party services such as email, storage, analytics, payments, or IoT platforms. Bites.com is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.
Certain features require paid subscriptions. You agree to pay all fees, maintain valid payment methods, and handle applicable taxes.
Free trials and beta features are provided “as is” and may be changed or removed at any time.
Bites.com retains ownership of all software, technology, branding, and documentation. Feedback may be used freely without obligation.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care and not disclose it except as permitted.
Bites.com’s processing of personal data is governed by the Bites.com Privacy Policy and applicable Data Processing Agreements.
The Services are provided using commercially reasonable efforts but without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation unless stated in a separate SLA.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Bites.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the past 12 months.
Customer agrees to indemnify Bites.com against claims arising from Customer Data, misuse of the Services, or violations of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Bites.com may suspend access for non-payment, violations, or security risks.
Customers may export data during their subscription. After termination, data may be retained for backups or legal requirements before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the designated jurisdiction stated by Bites.com.
Customer agrees not to use the Services in violation of export laws or sanctions.
Bites.com may modify these Terms. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. They may be assigned, and the parties are independent contractors.
Subscriptions may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.
Pricing and subscription details are displayed within the app before purchase.
